• All products, including art prints, stationery, wedding stationery, and jewellery, are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences.

• Each handmade product may feature unique variations, which are not considered defects.

• By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in £ and include VAT where applicable.

• Payments are processed securely through [Stripe/PayPal/Squarespace checkout].

• We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship using Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns on non-custom products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned at the customer’s expense.

• Custom orders (including personalised wedding stationery) and digital downloads are non-refundable.

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• All artwork, designs, photography, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Lus Mór.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

• Products such as jewellery are not suitable for children under 3 years old due to small parts.
