FAQs

1. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, not yet. We are currently working on being able to send orders internationally; however, if you have a special request, such as commissions, contact me, and I will have more information.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • UK orders: 2–5 business days.

3. Do you take custom commissions?

Yes! I offer custom artwork, including wedding stationery suites, vow keepsakes, and illustration commissions. Please reach out via the Commissions page or email me directly with your ideas.

4. What materials do you use for prints and jewellery?

  • Prints are made on archival-quality, textured fine art paper with oil-based inks or high-quality pigment printing.

  • Micro crochet jewellery is handmade with fine cotton threads, and earrings use gold-plated, hypoallergenic findings.

5. Are your items handmade?

Yes! Every piece—whether a lino print, crochet earring, or stationery item—is designed and handmade by me. Small variations make each piece unique.

6. What is your return policy?

  • Non-custom items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

  • Custom/commissioned pieces: Non-returnable unless faulty.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me with photos and I’ll resolve it quickly.

7. Can I order a matching wedding stationery suite?

Absolutely! I am currently working on new wedding stationary suites for couples to choose from. You can choose a full suite (save the dates, invitations, RSVPs, menus, etc.) or individual items. I also offer bespoke illustrations to match your theme.

8. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Many items can be gift-wrapped for a small additional fee. Just select the option at checkout or leave a note if it’s for a special occasion.

9. How do I care for my jewellery?

  • Keep crochet earrings away from water and perfume.

  • Store flat in a jewellery box or pouch.

  • Gently reshape if needed (crochet naturally holds its form).

10. Can I find you at markets or craft fairs?

Yes! I regularly attend markets in Belfast and across Northern Ireland. Follow me on Instagram (@lusmorcrafts) or check my website for upcoming events.
